  13. The file contained in this archive is an Icon Library (*.ICL).
  14. An icon utility (such as Microangelo) is needed to view or edit the
  15. library, but the icons in the archive can be recognized by Windows
  16. (for example) when attempting to change desktop icons or other actions.
